Coastal Lines celebrated its one-year anniversary on August 21st. Just the day before, Nadera’s second zine project, which had been stalled for a while, finished in a flash. The poems are stunningly beautiful and complimented by the artwork of Shira Seri Levi. This zine will devastate and remake you in the spirit of souls that grace Gaza. CLP produced more than forty zines in its first year. Our longest running zine project finished up on the same day as our birthday celebrations. Most of our projects take 1-3 months, but Let’s Color, which began on October 1st 2025, took 11 months to come to fruition. We are tremendously grateful to the whole team for their persistence and problem solving. Let’s Color is a beautiful coloring book and primer on Palestine for children. It includes facts about clothing, religious sites, food, and symbols of history and identity. Congratulations, Tasneem Ahmad and her team!
