Midnight Thoughts in Gaza

An earnest reflection upon universal suffering through the telescopic traumas of Gaza. Drones light the night, replacing shooting stars, while residents shelter in the bareness of dust and sky. Words of compassion, of deep contemplation, roam the wreckage in search of answers. Logic leads to humanity, its pride and stubbornness, its destructive capacity to walk the earth like a breed of monsters, incapable of witnessing the future because they bury it in Gaza with their own hands.

Letter to the Reader
These words are the essence of two years of war.
I chose to gather them here – for those who still carry a heart that feels,
eyes that see, and a voice that speaks truth.
In the shadow of a genocide, you cease to be human made of blood,
flesh, and feeling if you choose to play the role of the deaf and the
mute.
So I dedicate these words to everyone who stood with Gaza and its
people, who became our honest voice; to every Pro-Palestinian soul,
to my family, my loved ones, and my people, to every Palestinian
community abroad, and to those who neither share our blood nor our
language, yet still call us their own.
